AI photo editing in one tap. No sliders, no prompts.
Perfekt reads the photo and finishes it — real skin texture, real depth of field, and a face that still looks like yours.
No sliders
Every other app starts here.
A photo editor with no sliders — and no prompts to write
Every other editor hands you a control rack, or a prompt box, and expects you to know what to do with it. Perfekt starts at the finished look instead. Tap it, and that's the edit.
Look closer
Most AI edits fall apart up close.
Why most AI photo edits look fake up close
Because they regenerate the photo instead of editing it — pores flatten, hair strands fuse into blocks, skin turns to wax. Perfekt edits the pixels you gave it. Skin keeps its texture, hair keeps its strands, fabric keeps its weave. It looks retouched, not rendered.
Depth of field
Phone lenses keep everything in focus.

Blur the background like a DSLR, not like portrait mode
Phone lenses keep everything in focus. Perfekt turns phone photos into DSLR-quality shots by rendering real depth of field — the background falls away gradually the way a fast lens draws it, instead of being masked out along portrait mode's hard cut-out edge. Sharp subject, soft background, one tap.
What's inside
Six things one tap does that a slider can't
Every Perfekt preset runs all six. You just tap the one you want.
One-tap editing
Pick the finished look. No sliders to balance, no prompt to write — everything underneath is handled.
Real skin texture
Pores, hair strands and fabric weave survive the edit. Nothing gets smeared smooth or waxed over.
DSLR background blur
Real depth of field that falls away like a fast lens, not portrait mode's cut-out edge.
Object and blemish removal
Remove strangers, wires and blemishes from a photo. The background fills itself back in.
Your face stays yours
Edited, not regenerated. No new cheekbones, no stranger looking back.
A growing preset library
New presets land regularly — cinematic, golden hour, Y2K flash, HDR. Curated collections, not a dump of filters.
Answers
Frequently asked questions
What Perfekt does, and what it deliberately doesn't.
What is Perfekt?
Perfekt is a mobile AI photo editor for iPhone and Android. Instead of sliders, layers or text prompts, you tap one curated preset and the app finishes the photo — lighting, colour, sharpness, blemish removal and background clean-up are all handled in a single step.
Does Perfekt change your face?
No. Perfekt edits the photo you took rather than regenerating it, so your features stay exactly as they were. Lighting, skin tone and sharpness improve, but bone structure, expression and proportions are untouched — you should never look at the result and see a stranger.
How is Perfekt different from other AI photo editors?
Most AI editors ask you to describe an edit in a prompt, then hand back a regenerated image. Perfekt has no prompt box and no slider rack. You pick the finished look from a curated preset library and tap once — the original photo is edited, not replaced.
Can Perfekt blur the background like a DSLR?
Yes. Perfekt renders true depth of field rather than portrait mode's cut-out mask, so the background falls away gradually the way a fast lens renders it. Edges around hair and shoulders stay soft and natural instead of showing the hard halo phone portrait modes leave behind.
Does Perfekt keep skin texture and hair detail?
Yes. Pores, fine lines, individual hair strands and fabric weave all survive the edit. Most AI editors smooth these away and leave skin looking waxed and hair fused into blocks, which is why their results fall apart when you zoom in. Perfekt's hold up at full resolution.
Do I need to write prompts to use Perfekt?
No. Perfekt has no prompt box at all, and that is deliberate. Writing a good prompt is a skill in itself, and a bad one hands back a photo that is not really yours any more. You choose from a library of finished looks and tap the one you want.
Does Perfekt work on iPhone and Android?
Perfekt is built for both iOS and Android, and the two versions ship with the same preset library and the same editing engine. The app has not launched yet — join the waitlist and we will email you the day it reaches the App Store and Google Play.
How much does Perfekt cost?
Perfekt is a subscription, and the price is confirmed at launch on 15 September 2026. Billing runs through the App Store and Google Play, so you can cancel from your own device settings at any time. Join the waitlist to hear the price the moment it is set.
From the beta
Nobody asked for the sliders back.
Unedited notes from our internal beta group.
I kept waiting for the part where I have to fiddle with something. There isn't one. I picked a look, it did the thing, I sent the photo. Took about four seconds and I still don't fully believe it.
These aren't Instagram filters. I've used every trending one and they all just dump a colour cast on top of whatever you gave them. These actually read the photo — the light on my face got fixed, not tinted. It's closer to handing the shot to a photographer friend who knows what they're doing than to picking a filter.
There are a hundred AI photo apps right now and I've tried most of them for work. They all want a prompt and then hand you back someone else's face. This is the first one where the output is still my photo. That's the gap nobody was filling.
I've had Lightroom on my phone for six years and opened it maybe twelve times. Deleted it last week. Not because Lightroom is bad — nothing I was actually doing in it needed that much of me.
